Madi's purpose is to bring humanity back to recruitment. Her journey in recruitment began at Northwestern Mutual, where her passion for connecting people quickly set her apart. It wasn’t long before she was recognized as the National Recruiter of the Year - an achievement that ignited her vision for what recruitment could be.
Madi’s next chapter brought her into the dynamic world of startups, where she joined an emerging fintech brand to build its Talent Acquisition function. Within nine months, her singular efforts doubled the team size, creating a thriving company that surpassed its goals.
Madi later joined the wild world of Venture Capital, helping startups shape their founding teams and establish sustainable recruitment systems. This is where she experienced firsthand how intentional hiring could transform both businesses and lives.
She wanted to do things differently - to create a recruitment experience that placed values and relationships at the forefront. Every career opportunity should be an intentional, impactful match that serves both the candidate and the company.
